Breana Anderson, Delta

Anderson has developed into one of the top sprinters in the area. She won both the 100 and 200 as an individual at the Southside Sectional last season, and was also part of the Eagles’ winning 400 relay team that day. She was also the Delaware County champion in the 100, 200 and long jump last season.

Ciera Barcus, Jay County

Barcus’ jumping abilities helped propel the Patriots to a Southside Sectional championship last season. She won both the long jump and the high jump there, the only competitor to top 16 feet in the long jump. She finished seventh in the long jump at the Ben Davis Regional.

Beatrice Kutis, Wes-Del

Kutis runs a variety of events for the Warriors, and helped propel Wes-Del to a Mid-Eastern Conference championship last season. She was the Delaware County champion in both the 400 and the 800 in 2012.

Katie Miller, Yorktown

Miller’s biggest asset seems to be her versatility. She is a consistent placer for the Tigers in both sprinting and jumping events. In the Pendleton Heights Sectional last season, she was on the Tigers’ winning 400 relay team, placed second in the high jump and third in the long jump.

Jenna Parsons, Delta

Parsons has emerged as one of the top distance runners in East Central Indiana. She won the 1,600 last season at the Southside Sectional, and later placed sixth in the event at the Ben Davis Regional.
