Kurtz, the overall tournament medalist, joins Brad Meek, who shot a 70 for Port Clinton in 1980.

Bellevue shot a 322, topping second-place Perkins by four strokes in the 23-team field.

Devin Fisher carded an 83 to lead 12th-place Woodmore. Alex Gedert shot a 90, Matt Hartford carved out a 90 while Myles DeStazio had a 100.
