Nick Felkl totaled 156 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, including a 78-yarder for a score, and Middlebury pulled away from Colchester 28-6 in a Division I high school football game Friday night.

Jacob Trautwein also ran for two scores and finished with 133 yards for 3-0 Middlebury, which held a 13-6 lead at the break.

Colchester scored on its first possession for the second straight week, quarterback JP Olson hitting Pascal Bechade for a 10-yard touchdown connection.

The Lakers fall to 3-0.

* Rutland 13, Mount Anthony 7: Wyatt Socinski dashed 15 yards for the go-ahead touchdown on the first play of the fourth quarter as Rutland beat Mount Anthony.

Nick Boles’ 1-yard quarterback sneak gave the Raiders (2-0) the early lead but Pat Powers’ 1-yard TD plunge, set up by Andrew Burout’s fumble recovery deep in Rutland territory, gave the Patriots (0-3) a 7-6 lead at halftime.

Socinski finished the game with 135 yards on 23 carries.

* Burr and Burton 47, North Country 0: Burr and Burton running back Eric Cerra ran for three touchdowns, including an 80-yarder in the first half, in the Bulldogs’ rout of North Country in Division II play.

Griffin Stalcup tossed TD passes to Austin Kemper and Ryan Smith and Dalton Blackwell (TD run) and Derrik Whittemore (INT return) also had scores for BBA (2-1).

* Woodstock 35, U-32 0: Oliver Kaija scored all five touchdowns for Woodstock as the Wasps blanked U-32 in a Division III showdown.

Colby Brochu led U-32 (2-1) with 125 yards rushing but the Raiders suffered from six turnovers. Woodstock led 28-0 at halftime and improves to 3-0 this year.

* Mill River 33, Otter Valley 12: Quarterback Mark Goyette ran for two touchdowns and threw for two more to lead Mill River past Otter Valley in Division III.

Running back Dan Blanchard racked up 202 yards on 15 carries, including a 66-yard TD run, as the Minutemen (3-0) rolled to a 26-6 halftime lead. Tight end Tyler Pitts caught both of Goyette’s scoring passes.

Otter Valley (1-2) quarterback John Winslow finished 20-of-35 for 289 yards passing with two scores and three interceptions.
