Nominations are currently being accepted for the ninth annual Night of Excellence Awards for Manitowoc County High School Athletes on June 14, sponsored by Holy Family Memorial’s Rehab Plus and Sports Medicine.
Night of Excellence is an awards banquet which recognizes and honors Manitowoc County’s athletes, coaches, teams and Special Olympians. A variety of awards are handed out to nominated individuals and teams for their performance, hard work and dedication to their sports.
Awards available for nomination are: Team of the Year, Coach of the Year, Male Athlete of the Year, Female Athlete of the Year, Male “Commitment to Excellence,” Female “Commitment to Excellence,” Breakthrough Athlete of the Year, Comeback Athlete of the Year, Integrity In Leadership for Coaching and Special Olympian Athlete of the Year.
Nominations in those categories may be submitted by any individual with guidelines for nominating listed on the nomination forms, which are available at Manitowoc County high schools, HFM Rehab Plus’ Harbor Town Campus location or at the sports medicine page of the Holy Family Memorial website, http://www.hfmhealth.org.
