The 11th Friday night of the 2013 Ohio high school football season and first night of playoff action is in the books!
For many area senior players, tonight marked the last time they’ll step on the gridiron and participate in a full-contact contest..
Tonight’s slate of games was filled with great playoff matchups. In one such affair where more than pride was on the line, Poland Seminary put the fate of its season on the fortunes of one play and converted a two-point conversion at the end of the game to beat West Geauga 29-28.
Cleveland Central Catholic took a commanding lead against Chagrin Falls 20-3 in the first quarter, only to see the Tigers go on a 26-0 run to beat the Ironmen 29-20.
