The Muskies (12-0, 16-2) remained in first place in the MVL after beating the visiting Electrics (8-4, 13-4) 25-23, 25-17, 18-25, 25-19.
Taylour Fatheree totaled 18 kills, two blocks, three digs and two aces; Sydney McCollister had seven kills and one block; Maddie McGee chipped in seven kills, Brittany Fraunfelter added five kills, four digs and an ace and Brooke Fatheree collected 24 assists, six aces, two kills and three digs in the win.
Corrie Burkhardt led Philo with 100 percent serving, 12 kills, three aces, five digs and three blocks. Mackenzie Clayton finished with nine kills, Amy Evans tallied 11 assists and four digs and Hannah Allen had 15 assists.
Philo’s reserves (11-1, 16-1) won 25-23, 25-13 against John Glenn (8-4, 10-5) as Madison Clayton had five kills, Mariah Moore chipped in three kills and six assists and Emily Perkins was 100 percent serving with two aces and three assists. Saydee Baughman tallied four kills, three digs and one ace, Gabbi Blair hit four kills and Lexi Baker had eight assists and two aces for John Glenn.
