The Chargers trailed 6-2 early but rallied to a 7-6 lead with 3:54 to go in the opening quarter on a Brandon Sampson free throw. Madison Prep led the rest of the way.
The Tigers would get as close as 22-18 in the second quarter, but Madison Prep responded with a 15-4 run that extended into the third quarter, grabbing a commanding 40-27 lead heading into the final period.
