THE BASICS

Height: 6-foot-1
Athletic achievement: She led the Wildcats to a 30-2 record and the Class AAA state title this past season. McNeil recorded 563 kills, 337 digs, 56 blocks while compiling a .502 kill percentage. A four-time First Team All-State selection and a 2013-14 First Team Under Armour All-American as named by the American Volleyball Coaches Association, she is ranked No. 46 nationally in the Class of 2014 by PrepVolleyball.com.
Academic excellence: McNeil has maintained a 3.63 GPA.
Exemplary character: She has volunteered locally as a youth volleyball coach and at an area hospital with career aspirations of becoming a nurse.
