Neenah outshot Seymour 21-2 but netted only one goal in a 1-0 win over the Thunder on Friday as part of the Neenah quadrangular.
Emily Skaer scored the goal late in the first half when she had the ball in the middle, turned and hit it with her left foot.
“It was a nice goal,” Neenah coach Jeff Zehren said. “She shielded her defender really well and turned and ripped it.”

At Kimberly, the Papermakers halved the Wolverines’ lead when Dana McMorrow scored in the 18th minute but Kimberly could never get the equalizer.
The match was originally scheduled to be played in Neenah at Rocket Stadium but to help keep Neenah’s field in good shape, the match was shifted to Kimberly.
The Papermakers will host Seymour at Kimberly at 10 a.m. today as part of the Neenah quadrangular.
