A 2012 All-Southern Nevada selection, Meimerstorf is a four-year varsity starter who played on three state championship teams and hit more than 40 home runs in his prep career.
Academic excellence: Meimerstorf has maintained a 3.19 weighted GPA.
Exemplary character: He has volunteered locally on behalf of Matthew’s Closet, an area non-profit organization that provides clothing for needy families, in addition to donating his time as a youth baseball coach for physically handicapped children.
