KAUKAUNA A defensive stop forced overtime and Oshkosh North pulled out another come-from-behind victory in a 55-51 win over Kaukauna in a Fox Valley Association boys basketball game on Thursday.

With the score tied and just more than a minute left in regulation, the Ghosts held for a final shot but were thwarted by the Spartans, who didn’t even allow Kaukauna to get a shot off before the buzzer.

Then, North went 4-of-4 from the free-throw line in the extra period and held on for its 11th straight win.

Nate Neveau finished with 16 points, Cooper Radtke had 15 and Blake Marquardt 11 for the Spartans, who mustered just six points in the third quarter and trailed 37-32 entering the final period.

Riley Vander Wyst led Kaukauna with 23 points.
