At Neenah, Matt Gruse battled Nate Disch in a lengthy at-bat before getting a two-out, walk-off single that scored Connor Wollersheim with the winning run in seventh to give the Rockets the win over the Terrors in the first game of the doubleheader.
Wollersheim pitched a complete game, giving up two hits and walk while striking out 11.
In the second game, the Terrors broke open a close game with a seven-run sixth inning in which they got seven hits.
Austin Mullins pitched a complete game for the Terrors, surrendering one run on four hits. He walked none and struck out two.

At Waunakee, the Polar Bears improved to 17-2 as Alex McIntosh pitched a complete game in the first game and Marshall Stutz and Mitch Lillge combined for a two-hit shutout in the second game.
McIntosh allowed one run on three hits while striking out 10 and walking none.
Hortonville got its two runs in the first game on a two-run double by Jake Diedrich in the fifth.
In the second game, Tristyn Guyette had a run-scoring single and Jake Diedrich added a sacrifice fly in the second inning.

At Sun Prairie, Appleton East beat Burlington 8-4 in the first game then lost 2-0 to Sun Prairie despite a complete-game three-hitter by sophomore pitcher Austin Meyer in his first varsity start.
Kaukauna 10, Madison Edgewood 8 Kaukauna 4, Verona 1
At Verona, the Ghosts overcame a 7-3 deficit with a six-run third inning in the win over Madison Edgewood.
Kaukauna scored all it runs in that inning with two outs, with Dustin Landers providing a bases-loaded double.
Against Verona, freshman Bret Skenandore pitched the first six innings, allowing one run while scattering eight hits to pick up the win.
Austin Fischer and Joey Hartjes each had two-out, two-run singles to drive in Kaukauna’s four runs.
