Drew Honzik and Aaron Schnell each had a pair of RBI to lead the No. 6 seeded Mishicot baseball team past host No. 3 Algoma on Friday 8-7.

Honzik (1-for-3) and Schnell (1-for-4) provided half of the Indians runs while teammate Jeff Stueck (2-for-4) added another and was the lone player for Mishicot with multiple hits.

Kyle Haskell started for the Indians to earn the win, lasting 313 innings allowing four runs — three earned — on five hits with four strikeouts and three walks. Stueck pitched the final 323 innings allowing three runs — none earned — on two hits with four strikeouts and two walks.

Mishicot got on the board first, scoring six runs in the top of the third inning before adding two more vital insurance runs in the top of the fifth.

The Indians will take on No. 2 Manitowoc Lutheran on Tuesday.
