Mitchell Belisle’s unassisted goal in the 39th minute proved to be the deciding factor for the host Manitowoc Lincoln boys soccer team, as it shutout Green Bay Southwest on Thursday 1-0.

Each side made four saves, with Ships’ keeper Drake Nickels earning the clean sheet.

Lincoln (4-0, 2-0 Fox River Classic Conference) competes in the Fond du Lac tournament today.

New Holstein 2, Kiel 0

The visiting Raiders trailed after a second minute goal by the Huskies’ Jacob Conrad and weren’t able to recover.

New Holstein added another goal in the 51st minute by Joe Baldwin.

Kiel stats were not provided to the Herald Times reporter as of press deadline.

Kiel hosts Campbellsport on Tuesday.
