The Roncalli boys soccer team held leads of 1-0 and 2-1 before visiting Gibraltar rallied with three unanswered to hand the Jets a 4-2 loss on Thursday.
Mike Thiele got Roncalli (1-1) on the board first off an assist by teammate Justin Gottshall. The lead was short lived, as Gibraltar tied the game at 1-1 entering halftime with a goal in the 37th minute.
Reed Waldhart put the hosts out front once again with a goal from 25 yards out in the 44th minute. The visitors answered again in the 59th minute before adding two more to put the game away.
Jets’ goalkeeper Zach Berres made 16 saves as Roncalli was outshot by Gibraltar 24-8.
Roncalli travels to take on North Fond du Lac today.
Man. Lincoln 3, Hortonville 2 (OT)
The Ships’ prevailed at home in overtime as Connor Becka provided the game winner on a penalty kick in the 87th minute.
Sam Merten’s unassisted goal in the 16th minute put Lincoln ahead, only to see Hortonville score in the 37th and 58th minutes to take a 2-1 advantage.
The game was sent to overtime when Becka scored his first goal of the game in the 68th minute assisted by teammate Mike Jaeger.
Lincoln hosts Kiel on Tuesday.

The host Raiders earned their first win of the season against the Rockets.
Kiel scored goals in the 33rd, 52nd and 57th minutes before seceding one in the 67th.
