Despite having three varsity members miss its first meet of the year, a last-minute lineup change for the Two Rivers boys tennis team proved to be effective as the Raiders topped visiting Waupun 6-1 on Tuesday.

Two Rivers got singles wins from Brock Gospodarek (No. 1), Alex Daffner (No. 2) and Brody Joyce (No. 3) while the Raiders did not drop a doubles match.

Earning wins in doubles were Ian Guyette and Dave Matthews (No. 1), Ian Henfer and Gavin Koch (No. 2) and Austin Greenwood and Kyle Phillips (No. 3).

Host Lincoln earned wins in singles from David Wronkowski (No. 1), Mike Olson (No. 2), Ethan Just (No. 3) and Jimmy Lee (No. 4) while the Ships’ doubles pairs of Jake Rohrer-Nick Schroeder (No. 1), Jonah Mrozinsky-Parker Wood (No. 2) and Ryan Specht-Derek Rohrer (No. 3) also were victorious.

Lincoln (2-0) will next start Fox River Classic Conference divisional play at Sheboygan South on Thursday.
