Kiel’s Aaron Field carried the ball 20 times for 160 yards and two scores, but it wasn’t enough as the Raiders fell to host Peshtigo on Friday 34-18.
Peshtigo was leading 14-0 before Field scampered in from 18-yards out to cut the deficit to 14-6 entering halftime as the extra point was no good.
The hosts regained the lead until Field’s second touchdown, this time from two-yards, made it a 20-12 contest after three quarters.
Evan Mauer’s touchdown run for Kiel brought the Raiders within two at 20-18 before Peshtigo pulled away in the fourth with 14-unaswered.
Kiel visits Howards Grove next week.
