The host Reedsville football team routed St. Mary Central on Friday 40-0 to close out the regular season.

Brock Gilsdorf carried the ball 12 times for 233 yards and three touchdowns to pace the Panthers offense. He also went 1-for-5 passing for 35 yards.

Reedsville got off to a quick start as Gilsdorf scored on a 79-yard scamper to open the scoring before teammates Tyler Schuh and Alex Bubolz ran it in from 11 and one yards, respectively. The Panthers led 20-0 after the first quarter and 34-0 at halftime behind a 45 yard touchdown run by Gilsdorf and a one-yard plunge by Bryce Wenzel.

The final score of the game, a 65 yard run by Gilsdorf, put the game out of reach for the Zephyrs and ensured a running clock.
