The visiting Roncalli football team led 28-3 after the first quarter and never looked back en route to a 42-24 win over Southern Door on Friday.

Joey Macdonald scored twice in the first quarter, on a 10-yard run and a 31-yard pass from quarterback Jared Patek to get the Jets offense going. Macdonald finished the game with 60 yards rushing on four carries and added a three-yard touchdown in the second quarter for four total scores.

Also in the first quarter, J.P. Ruether returned a kick off 95-yards for a touchdown and receiver Josh Erickson hauled in a 25-yard scoring pass from backup quarterback Brett Bahrs.

The last scoring play for the Jets came on an Alex Deets one-yard run in the third quarter.
