Prep girls basketball: Reedsville's Otto named AP All-State

Reedsville sophomore Shelby Otto was named named honorable mention All-State girls basketball players by the Associated Press.

Otto led the Panthers to their first Olympian Conference title since 1996 and averaged 13.4 points, 10.8 rebounds and 3.7 blocks per game. She was also named the OC player of the year and was the lone area player to average a double-double.
