The River Lakes girls hockey team dropped a 6-2 decision to Roseau Saturday in a nonconference game at Richmond Arena.

The Stars trailed by just a single goal (2-1) going into the third period, but the Rams scored four times in the final period to secure the win.

Allie Stanger got River Lakes on the board with a goal in the first period. Assists on Stanger’s goal were credited to Shelby Teal and Jocie Kooiman.

Shaye Cogelow-Ruter found the back of the net in the third period with an unassisted goal for the Stars, who fall to 1-1.
