Kelly Conn, Paige Krieck and Molly Britt scored two goals apiece to lead St. Mary Central past Sevastopol 9-0 in a Packerland Conference girls’ soccer game at Institute on Thursday.

Alyssa Muchowski, Haley Thelen and Kara BrigHowell also scored for the Zephyrs, who built a 5-0 halftime advantage.

Appleton East 3, Xavier 1

At Appleton, Ashley Pyle scored two goals and Makenzie Morgen added one to help power the Patriots past the Hawks.

Isabella Ellis scored Xavier’s goal at the 49:34 mark to tie the game at 1-1, but Appleton East took over after that.

Maggie Kettner made eight saves for the Patriots, while Kate Parks stopped four shots for Xavier.

At Fond du Lac, Maycee Kroenig scored in overtime to lift the Irish (7-5-2) to the victory.

Raina Gerritts gave Freedom a 1-0 lead in the second half before Springs tied the game.

Bay Conference

Seymour 1, West De Pere 0

At Seymour, Morgan Theobald scored in the 64th minute for the game’s only goal as the Thunder won the Bay Conference tournament championship game and the outright conference title.

The Thunder finished 10-0 in the Bay and is 12-4 overall. West De Pere finished 8-2 in the Bay.

“The thing I was most impressed with is our defense got involved in the attack and just kept a lot of pressure on their defense,” Seymour coach Todd Messner said.

At Denmark, Nellie Deprey scored the game-winning goal with seven minutes remaining to lift the Vikings past the Polar Bears.
