The Manitowoc Lincoln girls tennis team was tripped up by Pulaski 4-3 in Fox River Classic Conference tier play Tuesday afternoon at Lincoln Park.

Bailey Budnik picked up the Ships’ lone win of singles competition, defeating Molly Plummer 6-3, 6-1.

Lincoln’s Justine Jacobs and Hannah Ramminger picked up a three-set win over Randi Thiem and Rachel Koch 6-7, 6-4, 6-4, while the tandem of Dayna Decker and Jen Belisle followed suit with a 7-5, 4-6. 6-4 victory at No. 3 doubles.

With the loss, the Ships fall to 6-4 on the year, 3-3 in FRCC play.

Lincoln hosts round two of tier play today at Lincoln Park.
