* Why are sports important to you? “Sports are my way of getting rid of stress, but I also love them because I don’t just try to do well myself, I work to help others who I play with.”

* What’s your strength as a person? “My strength would be that no matter how many times I get pushed down by people I never give up and I always have people who help pick me back up like Mike and Lacey Behnke.”

* What do you still need to work on? “I need to work on realizing that it is just a game and that I can’t take every mistake to heart but to brush it off and get back into the game.”

* Do you have any pre-game rituals? “Kalie Novak and I go to Starbucks while jamming out to music then come back to have team meals and the team watches the JV play their game.”
