Bolts freshman Abby Daigle scored the game’s only goal with 13:02 left in the first half off an assist from Emily Daigle to help Millville snap a two-game skid.

Annie Abbot tallied the game-winner in overtime to propel the Villagers to victory. Maddie Foster and Marykate McCormick scored as well for OLMA.

Brianna Cerione had a goal and an assist and Elena Sneathen made five saves as the Chiefs blanked the Pirates. Sam Monfredo and Alaina Seyler also found the back of the cage.

Ciera Ismail’s first-half goal was all the Cougars needed as Paxton Allen made three saves to record the shutout.
Girls’ tennis Vineland 3, Ocean City 2
Amanda Goff beat Leah Kornberg at first singles, 6-3, 6-3, to help the Fighting Clan avenge a loss to the Red Raiders earlier this season. Goff had lost to Kornberg in straight sets on Sept. 30, when Ocean City beat Vineland 3-2. Neeraja Thakur and Sejal Menghani both won their singles matches as well.
Millville 3, Atlantic City 2
The Thunderbolts’ second doubles team came up big in singles action, as Shannon Burns and Rosalena Ficcaglia filled in at second and third singles, respectively, to win their matches in straight sets and send Millville to the win.
Harmony Brecht rallied at first singles for a 4-6, 6-2, 6-4 victory over Rachel Kessler.
