KIMBALL – Eden Valley-Watkins/Kimball junior Emily Donnay took first place in the girls race at the Eden Valley-Watkins/Kimball Invite with a time of 16 minutes, 36 seconds Thursday afternoon at Kimball Golf Course.

The EV-W/Kimball girls took second place (78 points) behind Dassel-Cokato (25 points).

St. John’s Prep’s Alexandra Lee took fourth (17:20).

Rockford won the boys team competition with 42 points. Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted’s Connor Schank won the boys race (17:58), Sauk Rapids’ Ian Galligan was seventh (19:09) and the Johnnies’ Kesley Carreras was eighth (19:11).

Girls team scores: 1. Dassel-Cokato 25; 2. Eden Valley-Watkins/Kimball 78; 3. Maple Lake 91; 4. St. John’s Prep 99; 5. Sauk Rapids 123; 6. HL-W-W 125.

Boys team scores: 1. Rockford 42; 2. Dassel-Cokato 54; 3. Sauk Rapids; 4. St. John’s Prep 86; 5. Maple Lake 156.

LITTLE FALLS 103, MILACA 68

MILACA – Eighth-grader Allie Foote led a strong Little Falls effort as she won both her distance swims in the 200 freestyle (2:15.90) and the 500 freestyle (6:04.08).

Sophomore Makayla Klever won both the 50 freestyle (27.54) and the 100 butterfly (1:10.44) to add to the Little Falls victory. The Flyers are now 2-1 in the Granite Ridge conference and 2-3 overall.

ST. CLOUD TECH 101, SAUK RAPIDS 85

SAUK RAPIDS – Katie Haller won three events to lead St. Cloud Tech past Central Lakes Conference opponent Sauk Rapids.

Haller took first in the 50 freestyle (26.26), the 100 freestyle (57.10) and was part of the 400 freestyle relay team that won in 3:58.14.

Alyssa Hoffman was on that team and also won the 200 freestyle (2:11.54) and the 500 freestyle (6:04.54). Emily Peterson won the 100 backstroke (1:10.35) and was on the medley relay team that won in 2:04.84.

Larissa Kleen won the 100 butterfly (1:07.18) and the 200 IM (2:32.69) and was part of the Storm’s 200 freestyle team that won in 1:47.56.

Jackie Braun won the diving competition with a score of 220.5 for a personal best and eighth-grader Ella Benoit won the 100 breaststroke 1:18.08.

SAUK CENTRE 105, MINNEWASKA/MORRIS 73

SAUK CENTRE – Tianna Molitor won both the 200 individual medley (2:27.84) and 500 freestyle (5:42.54) to help keep the Mainstreeters’ perfect season alive at 4-0.

ALEXANDRIA 109, ROCORI 77

ALEXANDRIA – The Spartans won both the 200 medley relay (2:03.62) and the 200 freestyle relay (1:50.13) in a loss at Alexandria.

Their next meet is against Albany next Tuesday at Rocori High School.

WILLMAR 103, ST. CLOUD APOLLO 80

Junior Brianna Larcom took first in the 200 freestyle (2:08.54) for the Eagles in their loss to Willmar at Apollo High School.

Junior Emily Boyson won the 500 freestyle (6:09.84) and freshman Ashley Thelen took first in diving with a score of 204.89.

The Eagles play host to Sauk Rapids next Thursday.

BECKER 66, ALBANY 36

ALBANY – Andrea Molus won the 500 freestyle in 5:37.20 to lead Becker past Albany in Granite Ridge Conferece action.

Maggie Smith won the 200 IM in 2:32.97 for the Bulldogs.

Emily Kollodge won the 100 butterfly (1:06.00) and Alli Schiffler won the 100 backstroke (1:15.50) for the Huskies.

S.C. APOLLO/CATHEDRAL/S.R. 6, ROCORI 1

COLD SPRING – Megan Brennan won the No. 2 singles match 6-0, 6-3 to start off an almost perfect night for the Eagles.

Sara Schmitz and Lauren Stang won a comeback nail-biter in their No. 1 doubles match 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 to add to a successful evening for Apollo.
