ASHWAUBENON – Ashwaubenon swept Green Bay Southwest in a Fox River Classic Conference softball doubleheader on Monday, winning 5-0 and 5-3.
Madison Manders pitched a one-hitter, striking out eight, and went 2-for-3 to lead the Jaguars in Game 1.
Lindsay Streinas and Sam Crowley each added two hits for Ashwaubenon.
In Game 2, Abby Schmidt was the winning pitcher and Brittney Malcomson went 3-for-4 for Ashwaubenon.
Kaylyn Krueger had two hits to lead Southwest in the second game.
Bay Port 7, Sheboygan South 0
SUAMICO – Taylor Gutzman and Bailey Smaney combined on a two-hitter with 16 strikeouts as Bay Port beat Sheboygan South.
Lydia Turnquist had two hits and four stolen bases for the Pirates.
De Pere 11, Manitowoc 1
DE PERE – Lexi Lacasley pitched a four-hitter, striking out eight, as De Pere (3-4) won in six innings.
Pulaski 12, Sheboygan North 2
SHEBOYGAN – Kennedy Tebo was the winning pitcher as Pulaski picked up the six-inning victory.
Sam May went 3-for-4 and Bethany Bikman and Cassie Schultz each had two hits and two RBIs for Pulaski.
Oconto Falls 8-4, Marinette 2-1
MARINETTE – McKenna Larsen won both games, striking out 11 and allowing one earned run in Game 1 and striking out seven in Game 2.
Larsen and Nicolle Sparks each went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and two stolen bases in Game 1.
Erin Gilligan had two hits for Oconto Falls (6-0) in the second game.
Cassie Hilbert went 2-for-3 in Game 2 for Marinette.
Shawano 14-10, Seymour 2-0
SEYMOUR – Kalen Kroenke won both games of the doubleheader, tossing a one-hitter in Game 1 and pitching four scoreless innings in Game 2.
Courtney Ainsworth went 7-for-8 and Whitney Boda hit two home runs in the doubleheader.
In the first game, Ashley Guerts belted a home run to lead the Thunder.
Sevastopol 13-4, Kewaunee 8-1
INSTITUTE – Maddie LeClair hit a go-ahead, two-run double in the sixth inning to propel Sevastopol to the win in Game 1.
Cassie Borkovetz was the winning pitcher and LeClair had four hits for the Pioneers.
Algoma 5, Southern Door 4
ALGOMA – Tanika Jorgenson was the winning pitcher and Taylor Schmidt had three hits to lead Algoma.
Acacia Tup had two triples for Southern Door.
Wrightstown 7, Brillion 1
WRIGHTSTOWN – Brianna Linzmeir allowed one unearned run in seven innings to lead Wrightstown.
Wrenn Tanck went 2-for-3, including a three-run triple, and Lindsay Neinas added two hits for the Tigers (6-1).
Wausaukee 15-13, Mar. St. Thomas/ Lena 5-1
MARINETTE – In the first game, Morgan Zeutzius went 3-for-3 and Sara Wickman scored two runs and added two RBIs to lead Wausaukee.
In Game 2, Lauren Edlbeck threw a five-inning no-hitter for the Rangers.
Gillett 18-3, Coleman 13-10
COLEMAN – Gillett and Coleman split a doubleheader.
Peshtigo 16-13, Crivitz 6-3
CRIVITZ Peshtigo swept Crivitz in a doubleheader.
Laona/Wab. 14-15, White Lake 3-0
LAONA – Catherine Krawze struck out nine in five innings and Danielle Flannery went 3-for-4 with three RBIs to lead Laona/Wabeno in Game 1.
In the second game, Krawze pitched all three innings, allowing no hits, to get the win.
