Outlook: The returning conference champion Ships return many of the pieces to the team that finished atop the FRCC and won a regional title a year ago. With improved passing and backcourt play, Lincoln hopes to be among the conference’s best once again.

Two Rivers

Coach: Craig Schweppe, third season

Last year: Eighth, Eastern Wisconsin Conference

Returning letter-winners: Gabby Heinen, jr. S; Amber Siebold, sr. OPP; Amanda Komoroski, jr. OH; Kenzie Walesh, sr. MID; Bailee Walesh, jr. MID

Outlook: The Raiders return just four players from a year ago, but will feature a good number of juniors. Schweppe hopes to see his team be competitive on a match-by-match basis in a strong conference.

Roncalli

Coach: Steve Grant, fourth season

Last year: Seventh, Olympian Conference

Returning letter-winners: Mariah Klingeisen, sr. S; Kendra Zipperer, sr. L; Lindsey Brennan, sr. OH; Paige Pethan, sr. OH; Alex Cliff, so. MB

Outlook: The Jets hope to feature a strong and aggressive service game. Grant looks forward to renewing rivalries throughout the conference.

Kiel

Coach: Leah Bruckner, second season

Last year: Sixth, EWC

Returning letter-winners: Maddie Dahmer, sr. MB; Kayla Klauck, DS, Carolynn Kuske, sr. L; Brenna Spencer, sr. RS; Mia Voland, sr. S; Allison Reseburg, jr.

Outlook: Strong leadership and a potent offense are some of the strong points of this veteran team. Though many of the conference’s key players from a year ago were lost to graduation, Bruckner still believes that the league is strong.

Manitowoc Lutheran

Coach: David Jirikowic, 10th season

Last year: Tied first, Olympian Conference

Returning letter-winners: Arianna Neumeyer, jr. S; MacKayla Menges, jr. OH; Heidi Moldenhauer, sr. MH; Kaitlin Radue, sr., Libero; Hannah Yagodinski, sr. DS; Felicia Vant Hul, sr. OH

Outlook: The Olympian Conference co-champions look strong once again, returning six letter-winners and a pair of all-conference honorable mentions picks in Radue and Menges.

Mishicot

Coach: Andrew Heimerman, first season

Last year: 10th, OC

Returning letter-winners: Shayla Luckow, sr., OH; Alyssa Schwerma, sr., L; Kaitlyn Wiegert, Sr., S; Abby Butler, sr., OH/MH; Nicole Trost, jr., S; Emily Hutterer, jr., OH/S; Callie Willman, jr., DS

Outlook: Heimerman says his club is driven to improve upon last year’s finish through their competitiveness and willingness to learn. He hopes the improvements the Indians make throughout the year will help them win close matches.

Reedsville

Coach: Kris Hanson, 25th season

Last year: Sixth, OC

Returning letter-winners: Bailey Ebben, jr. OH; Lauren Holschbach, sr. OH/OPP; Brittany Sheahan, sr. MH; Shelby Otto, jr. MH

Outlook: Hanson believes the Panthers have solid leadership and have a trio of quality setters.
