Outlook: The returning conference champion Ships return many of the pieces to the team that finished atop the FRCC and won a regional title a year ago. With improved passing and backcourt play, Lincoln hopes to be among the conference’s best once again.

Outlook: The Raiders return just four players from a year ago, but will feature a good number of juniors. Schweppe hopes to see his team be competitive on a match-by-match basis in a strong conference.
Roncalli

Outlook: The Jets hope to feature a strong and aggressive service game. Grant looks forward to renewing rivalries throughout the conference.
Kiel

Outlook: Strong leadership and a potent offense are some of the strong points of this veteran team. Though many of the conference’s key players from a year ago were lost to graduation, Bruckner still believes that the league is strong.

Outlook: The Olympian Conference co-champions look strong once again, returning six letter-winners and a pair of all-conference honorable mentions picks in Radue and Menges.

Outlook: Heimerman says his club is driven to improve upon last year’s finish through their competitiveness and willingness to learn. He hopes the improvements the Indians make throughout the year will help them win close matches.
