Dani Rosen had 12 kills to lead the way as Willmar defeated Sauk Rapids 3-0 in Central Lakes Conference play.

Game scores were 25-12, 25-20, 26-24.

Leah Ruter added 11 kills.

ALEXANDRIA 3, ST. CLOUD TECH 2

Senior captain Kelsey Berg led St. Cloud Tech (1-2) with 15 kills and 25 digs in a Central Lakes Conference loss to Willmar at Tech High School. Match scores were 25-16, 18-25, 12-25, 25-17, 17-15.

Kylie Loesch had 13 kills, 7 ace serves and 19 set assists.

Albany 3, Foley 0

ALBANY – Amazih Eickhoff finished with 11 kills, 14 digs and three ace serves as Albany rolled past Foley.

Game scores were 25-7, 25-16, 25-21.

Elizabeth DeGeest had 10 kills and 11 digs and Abby Schultz had 27 set assists and 10 digs for the Huskies (1-0 Granite Ridge, 3-3 overall).

Becker 3, Milaca 0

MILACA – Korie Floe finished with 10 kills and six digs to lead Becker past Milaca.

Game scores were 25-14, 25-11, 25-13.

Taylor Anderson finished with six aces and 33 set assists for the Bulldogs (1-0 GRC, 1-1 overall).

LITTLE FALLS 3, ST. CLOUD CATHEDRAL 1

Sierra Virnig had 12 kills as Little Falls topped St. Cloud Cathedral in Granite Ridge Conference play at Cathedral High School.

Game scores were 25-23, 17-25, 25-12, 25-16. Melanie Dorn added 10 kills.

Senior Hannah Holien led the Crusaders with 30 digs, freshman setter Morgan Prom had 21 set assists and Rylee Medelberg had 12 kills.

B-B-E 3, Kimball 0

BELGRADE – Kinlee Swanson had 10 digs and five kills as Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa (1-0, 2-0) defeated Kimball in Central Minnesota Conference action. Game scores were 25-10, 25-22, 25-12.

Becca Gruber has a team-best 13 kills for the Jaguars.

EDEN VALLEY-WATKINS 3, ROCKFORD 1

ROCKFORD – The Eagles dropped the second set but regrouped to take down Rockford in their first Central Minnesota Conference match of the season.

Raven Willner was 16-for-17 serving, with two aces and seven digs to lead the Eagles (1-0, 3-0). Brittney Hesse added nine kills for the Eagles who won by scores of 25-23, 18-25, 25-20, 25-20).

PIERZ 3, HOLDINGFORD 0

PIERZ – Pierz senior Bridget Bednar really took it to Holdingford with 18 kills, 6 aces and 7 digs in a Central Minnesota Conference victory.

Game scores were 25-20, 25-13, 25-16

Junior Jessica Hawks completed the victory with 27 set assists and 2 aces. Sophomore Summer Storm had six kills to lead Holdingford. Senior Maddi Vogt added five kills.

Maple Lake 3, HLWW 2

HOWARD LAKE – Marisa Fiecke finished with 16 kills in Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted’s loss to Maple Lake.

Game scores were 25-27, 22-25, 25-19, 25-21, 15-11.

Sauk Centre 3, Minnewaska 0

SAUK CENTRE – Amanda Weir had eight kills and Megan Orth added seven as Sauk Centre defeated Minnewaska 25-15, 25-0, 25-14 in West Central Conference play.

Alea Gerhartz had nine kills. Amanda Kulzer had three ace serves.

Morris 3, Paynesville 0

PAYNESVILLE – Sydney Engebretson had 12 kills as Morris defeated Paynesville in West Central Conference play.

Game scores were 25-10, 25-19, 25-21.

Melrose 3, Montevideo 0

MELROSE – Briana Schmiesing finished with 15 kills, 10 digs and three blocks in Melrose’s sweep of Montevideo.

Game scores were 25-22, 25-21, 25-23.

Emily Goerdt had 10 kills, 15 set assists and three ace serves for the Dutchmen.

Swanville 3, Upsala 1

SWANVILLE – Swanville held off Upsala in Prairie Conference play. Game scores were 25-13, 23-25, 25-23, 25-19.

West Central 3, LP-GE 2

LONG PRAIRIE – West Central Area held off Long Prairie-Grey Eagle in Prairie Conference action to remain unbeaten this season.

Osakis 3, Royalton 0

OSAKIS – Osakis rolled to a Prairie Conference victory over Royalton on its home court.
