The Two Rivers wrestling team wrapped up its third-straight Eastern Wisconsin Conference title on Thursday by defeating visiting Kiel 57-13.

Both sides combined for two total pins, Two Rivers’ Brian Duerschmidt pinned Austin Field at 182-pounds in 3:08 while Kiel’s Matt Halverson (285) took down Scott Skornicka (3:29).

The win was the 99th of Duerschmidt’s career.

Two Rivers earned forfeits at 145, 160, 195, 220, 106 and 126 to aide in the win. Of the eight competitive matches, Two Rivers won five while Kiel was led by wins by Halverson, Darick Landolt (138, 3-2 decision) and Jay Wallace (152, 12-2 major decision.
