St. Joe’s 14, St. Mary’s 9

St. Joe’s running back Nigel Davis returned a punt 82 yards for a touchdown. St. Joe’s held St. Mary’s to just 33 yards rushing. Junior Anthony Castellani had 10 tackles, two for a loss and a sack. Junior Connor McKenna had nine tackles, two for a loss. Senior Tyler Hill had seven tackles one for a loss. Hill has played quarterback, tight end and Saturday played fullback. Mike McCarthy threw a 50 yard touchdown pass to Ali Akono. St. Joe’s 5-2, 3-0 in league play will play Timon next week. Kickoff is scheduled for 1-pm at St. Joe’s.

Burgard 46, East 0

Burgard’s quarterback Rayshawn Jones was 6-11 for 50 yards and one touchdown. Running back Marcus Hampton had 82 rushing yards on nine carries and two touchdowns.

Bennett 44, Royhart 21

Bennett rushed for a total of 442 yards. Running back Robert Humphrey rushed for 91 yards. Running back Paul Dixon rushed for 90 yards.

Sherman 20, Panama 7

Sherman rushed for 237 yards on 46 carries. There were no passing yards in the game. Sherman’s running back Devin Moorhead ran for 130 yards on 26 carries and one touchdown. Running back Andrew Graham ran for 86 yards on 10 carries and two touchdowns. Sherman is 6-1.

Eden 28, Pioneer 14

Eden’s running back Alex Smythe ran for 228 yards on 34 carries and three touchdowns. Smythe also had two receptions for 65 yards and a touchdown. On defense, Eden’s Garrett Distefano had 12 tackles.

Lockport 30, West Seneca West 0

Lockport’s running back Nick Hamilton had 149 yards rushing on 18 carries and two touchdowns. Wide receiver Charlie Sobieraski had 67 and two touchdowns.

Cleveland Hill 26 JFK 0

Cleveland Hilll completes an unbeaten season with a shutout over JFK.

Ellicottville-West Valley 22 Nichols 7

Ellicottville’s Phalla Musall carried 19 times for 205 yards and two touchdowns.
