Jacob Van Asten and Talon Heinemeyer combined to rush for 229 yards in a 32-0 victory against Iola-Scandinavia in a WIAA Division 6 state quarterfinal football game at Shiocton on Friday.

The Chiefs (12-0) will play Hurley, a 30-27 winner over Webster, next Friday or Saturday. The Thunderbirds finished at 9-3 overall.

Van Asten carried 26 times for 125 yards and two touchdowns and a two-point conversion, while Heinemeyer put the game out of reach with a 76-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

Heinemeyer added a 22-yard field goal, an extra point, a two-point conversion and a 10-yard touchdown pass to Patrick Brouillard for the Chiefs’ other scores.

Shiocton rolled up 356 total yards, including 328 rushing, while limiting Iola-Scandinavia to 105 yards rushing and 151 passing.
