LOCKPORT, N.Y.-St.Francis was one of six teams involved in the annual Lockport High school scrimmage.
St. Francis head coach Jerry Smith said afterward “we answered a couple of questions and we found a few others.”
Last season was a tough one for Smith. He knows there are certain things you can’t control. He told channel 2 sports that our goal is, “hopefully winning more games. You really don’t have any control over winning, you have control over losing because if you don’t do the little things that your supposed to do then that’s going to guarantee losing.”
Senior Quarterback Jake Dolegala is echoing the same message as Coach Smith. He told channel 2 sports that our goal is, “to do better than last year and win more than three games.”
