The Lions held a 14-point lead at halftime after doubling up the Owls in the second quarter, and kept them at bay by making 19-of-26 free throws in the game.

“I thought we came out and ran some of the best offense we have all year,” Lomira coach Jake Flood said.

Senior Cassie Roecker had 16 points for Lomira, which improved to 6-8 (3-5 Flyway).
