A member of the U.S. Soccer Under-18 Men’s National Team player pool, he was the only boy in the country named a High School All-American, a Youth All-American (for club play) and a Scholar-Athlete All-American in 2012 by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Exemplary character: A member of Cardinal Newman’s Student Honor Council, which reviews possible peer academic violations, he has volunteered locally as a peer mentor in addition to donating his time as a summer camp counselor and coach.

“Koty has one of the best change of direction start-stops I have seen in some time,” said Clark Brisson, Millard’s club coach with South Carolina United. “He is electric getting around players, and when playing on the defensive side he is very tough to beat.”

THE FUTURE: Millard has signed with South Carolina.
