The Solon volleyball team picked up its second win of the season after knocking off Durant 25-14 25-9 25-13 Tuesday in Solon.

Junior Jordan Smith had eight digs, seven kills and seven aces for the Spartans, while junior Jordan Runge had six aces and four kills.

The Spartans (2-0) will compete in the Cedar Rapids Washington Invitational on Saturday.
