Is there anything more scary for an offensive football player than an interception?

No, I’m not just talking from the quarterback’s perspective; I’m talking about all 11 players.

Anyone who’s played football before knows what I’m talking about.

Once you hear the guy in the secondary yell “Bingo!” (The universal signal for an interception.) you had better be on the lookout.

The headhunters are coming.

That’s right!

The crack-back, one-hitter-quitter!

One second the ball’s advancing one way and the next it’s reversed and going back the other way and the other team’s sole purpose is to make sure you don’t touch their teammate who’s just managed the pick.

I’ve seen so many guys get taken out in this scenario. These are always the most beautiful pancake blocks.

I can’t lie; I’ve been victimized in this scenario before too!

Man I miss Friday night football.

“I’m definitely feelin’ that Kendrick Lamar verse everyone’s talking about.” – Paramus Catholic (Paramus, N.J.) cornerback Jabrill Peppers
