LAKEWOOD – This years track and field state championship was loaded with some of the top performances in the country.

In 5A, Ana Holland ran that fastest 100 meter and 400 meter times in the country this year, with a times of 11.33 and 52.94 respectively. She also won the 200.

In 4A, MaryBeth Sant won the 100, 200 and 4X1, finishing with the second fastest time in the country this year at 11.38 in the 100.

In the 4A discus, Valarie Allman broke her own meet record to win her second straight state championship, throwing a distance of 167 feet.

In the 1600, Elise Cranny won her third state title of the weekend, finishing with a time of 4:55. 

And Dior Hall of Gorge Washington posted a 13.67 time to win the 110 meter hurdles for the second time in three years.
