The Trinity High School basketball team rallied from a nine-point halftime deficit to beat host Bowling Green 62-57 on Saturday night in the season opener for both.
Raymond Spalding had 18 points, 12 rebounds (nine on the offensive end) and four blocks for the Shamrocks, who trailed 37-28 at halftime but outscored the Purples 17-5 in the third quarter to go ahead 45-42.
Trey Ivory added 14 points, three assists and three steals for Trinity.
Tucker Sine paced Bowling Green with 24 points, including three 3-point baskets.
