ATLANTA — The latest edition of the USA Today Metro Atlanta Super 25 High School Football Poll is here. Lots of movement this week and previous number one North Gwinnett has been replaced by their neighbors to the north.
The Buford Wolves take over the top spot after a 42-6 victory over White County. North Gwinnett slips to number 2 after a thrilling 50-47 win over Mill Creek, Carrollton is 3, with Tucker rising from 11 to 4 and Lovett rounding out the top 5.
Norcross is 6 followed by Gainesville, Sandy Creek, Lovejoy, and McEachern completing the top 10.
This week’s movers include Alpharetta from 23 to 13, Creekside from 25 to 14, North Cobb is up from 21 to 16, while Eagle’s Landing Christian slides from 5 to 23 and Hillgrove tumbles from 12 to 24.
New faces this week are Greater Atlanta Christian at 15 and Monroe Area at 21. Marist returns at 20 and Mill Creek is back at 25.
Collins Hill, St. Pius , North Hall , and Calhoun drop out of the Super 25 this week.
