Portage Northern (7-2) at Lakeview (9-0):

Get ready for a battle of similar teams that both have good defense and both like to run the ball. Portage Northern finished the season at 7-2 and dominated Niles last week with Husky running back Josh Leiter running for five TDs and the defense getting five interceptions. Of course, Lakeview has put up its own gaudy numbers as Mike Campbell set the single-season touchdown record last week and finished with 1,423 yards rushing and Donnie Ernsberger scoring five touchdowns himself in a win over Sturgis. On the season, the Spartans’ defense was second to none allowing just 56 total points.
