AUBURN, CA – The Woodcreek Timberwolves defeated the Placer Hillmen, 48-47 on Friday night.

in the 4th, Woodcreek ended up getting a 2-point conversion which turned out to be very crucial, landing them them the victory.

With the win, the Timberwolves improve to 2-3 and the Hillmen drop to 1-4 for the season.

Next week, Woodcreek hosts Del Oro, while Foothill hosts Placer.
