COACH OF THE YEAR

Scott Bullock, Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins)
Bullock led his team to the 5A state championship. Rocky Mountain (21-5) went 5-0 in the double-elimination state championship series and closed out the season on an 18-game winning streak.

 

FIRST TEAM

3B Carl Stajduhar, (PLAYER OF THE YEAR) Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins), Sr.
Stajduhar hit .489 and led his team to the state championship. He finished with 50 RBI and 13 home runs in 26 games. As a pitcher, he was 5-1 with a 2.42 ERA. He was selected by the Braves in the 27th round.

P Burke Brock, Evergreen, Sr.
The left-handed pitcher was selected by the Rays in the third round of this year's MLB draft. An Oregon commit, Brock went 5-1 with a 1.05 ERA and 79 strikeouts in 40 innings.

P Jordan Holloway, Ralston Valley (Arvada), Sr.
Holloway was selected by the Marlins in the 20th round. The  6-foot-4 Nebraska-Omaha commit has a fastball that tops out at 94 mph.

C Cory Voss, Pueblo South, Sr.
The New Mexico commit was selected in the 34th round.

1B Jeff Clarke, Fairview (Boulder), Sr.
Clarke finished the regular season with a .571 batting average (best in the 5A ranks). He had 39 RBI, five home runs and struck out just three times in 70 at-bats.

2B Keaton Reiher,Delta, Sr.
Reiher had a .539 batting average with 21 RBI, 10 doubles, six triples and two home runs. Reiher, who was Co-Player of the Year in Class 4A Western Slope League, also went 5-0 on the mound.

SS Max George, Regis Jesuit (Aurora), Sr.
George had a .458 batting average with 24 RBI and three home runs. George, who was Colorado's Gatorade player of the Year, was selected by the Rockies in the sixth round.

OF Keenan Eaton, Chaparral (Parker), Sr.
The 6-foot, 195-pound Eaton was taken in the 39th round.

OF Grant Farrell,Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village), Sr.
The 6-foot-3 Farrell's batting average topped .500 and he drove in 30 runs.

OF Cole Anderson,Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins), Jr.
Anderson hit .494 from the leadoff spot and led 5A in runs scored. Also a talented fielder.
