Coach of the Year:

Dustin Gordon, Fairfield (Fairfield)
Throughout the regular season and the playoffs there weren’t many close calls for Fairfield—they won their first 26 games, most by huge margins—but once they reached the Class B state title game the Eagles needed every bit of Gordon’s coaching acumen to topple Malta in a 60-55 double overtime victory.

First Team

F Olivia Roberts, Sentinel (Missoula), 5-11, Sr. (Player of the Year)
Just as disruptive on defense (three steals and 7.9 rebounds per game) as she was on offense (18.2 points, 3.4 assists) this Wyoming signee drove the Spartans to the Class AA state title game where she collected 18 points, nine rebounds, and four assists in a 48-30 victory.

F Michaela Dowdy, Capital (Helena), 6-1, Sr.
By averaging seven rebounds and 17.7 points per game (nearly triple her point average from the previous season) this Carroll College recruit lifted the Bruins to the Class AA state semifinals.

G Maddie Keast, Sentinel (Missoula), 5-9, Sr.
The perfect complement to Olivia Roberts, Keast (14.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 2.9 steals per game) was an integral part of the Spartans three-peat as Class AA state champions.

F Jill Barta, Fairfield (Fairfield), 6-3, Sr.
Her per-game numbers (23 points, nine rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.5 blocks, and 3.4 steals) as well as a 104-0 career record are incredible, but her clutch 41-point performance in the Eagles double-overtime Class B state title game win is this Gonzaga signee’s greatest legacy.

C Cassi Hashley, Glacier (Kalispell), 6-1, Sr.
Behind 15.5 points and 10.3 rebounds per game from this future Carroll College Saint the Wolfpack reached the Class AA semifinals.

Second Team

G Taylor Goligoski, Hamilton (Hamilton), 5-8, Jr.

G McKenzie Johnson, Capital (Helena), 5-7, Jr.

F Jace Henderson, Senior (Billings), 6’0, Sr.

F Katie Fertterer, Belt (Belt), 5-7, Sr.

F Averie Collins, Bozeman (Bozeman), 6-0, Jr.
