Coach of the Year

Mike Adey, New York Mills
Adey guided the Marauders to the Class D state championship, the program’s second state title in the past four seasons.

First Team

G Isaiah Whitehead, Lincoln (Brooklyn), 6-4, Sr. (Player of the Year)
The Seton Hall University signee was named New York’s Mr. Basketball, an honor bestowed to the state’s top senior.

G Khadeen Carrington, Bishop Loughlin (Brooklyn), 6-3, Sr.
The Seton Hall University signee and Catholic High School Athletic Association Player of the Year averaged more than 24 points per game and ended his high school hoops career as the program’s all-time leading scorer.

F Donte Williams, Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo), 6-4, Sr.
The prolific scorer averaged 24 points per game and more than six rebounds per contest.

C Cheick Diallo, Our Savior New American (Centereach), 6-9, Jr.
The New York Gatorade Player of the Year averaged more than 18 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks per game as a member of one of the country’s top squads.

C Adonis DeLaRosa, Christ the King (Middle Village), 6-10, Sr.
The St. John’s University signee averaged a double-double (12 points and 12 rebounds) this season en route to leading the Royals to a state title.
