Adam Gonzalez

Grade: Senior
Won the Central Area gold medal in the 1,600, and was second in the 800. He took first place in the 800 at the West Yosemite League Championships, and was second in the 1,600 and third in the 3,200 in that meet. Finished fourth in the 1,600 (4:19.70) at the CIF Central Section Championships.
Brady Jeffries
School: Mission Oak
Grade: Senior
Jeffries was one of the section’s top high jump/pole vault combo athletes. He won East Yosemite League gold in the high jump (6-5) and was second in the pole vault. Earned a Central Area silver medal in the high jump and a bronze medal in the pole vault. Posted the best finishes of any Tulare County athlete in the high jump (fifth place) and the pole vault (seventh place) at the CIF Central Section Championships.
Chad Zeibak
School: Exeter
Grade: Senior
Zeibak earned a spot in two events at the CIF State Championships by taking third place in the long jump (22-4) and the triple jump (45-11) at the CIF Central Section Championships. Took second place at the CIF Sequoia-Sierra Championships in the long jump and triple jump. Won the Central Sequoia title in the long jump.
Joe Herrera
School: Tulare Western
Grade: Senior
The UCLA-bound Herrera makes a great argument for being the most versatile sprinter in Tulare County history. The 2014 Times-Delta/Advance-Register boys track and field athlete of the year won the CIF Central Section gold medal in the 400 meters and was second in the 200 (21.54). Won Central Area gold in the 200, 400 and the 400-meter relay. Earned a medal at the CIF State Championships with a fourth-place in the 400, setting a new school record of 47.25 seconds. Won East Yosemite League first-place medals in the 200, 400, 800 (1:58.27), and the 400 relay.
Scott Hickam
School: Golden West
Grade: Senior
Hickam won Central Area gold medals in the 110 high hurdles (15.15) and the 300 hurdles (39.61). Qualified for the CIF State Championships with a third-place finish in the 300 hurdles (39.13). Won West Yosemite League first-place medals in the 300 hurdles and the long jump.
Xavier Jones
School: Dinuba
Grade: Senior
Jones won the 110 high hurdles (14.50 seconds) at the CIF Central Section Championships. He won the gold medal in the 110 high hurdles at the CIF Sequoia-Sierra Championships. Won the Central Sequoia League title in the 110 high hurdles and was second in the 300 hurdles.
