FREDERICK – The Frederick and Erie boys basketball game went down to the wire with Frederick escaping with a 55-52 victory.
The score stayed close for most of the game. Frederick junior Ryan Yancey led the Warriors with 23 points, a season high for him.
Frederick’s next challenge is 16-2 Pueblo South today at 3 p.m. Erie will face Mead on Tuesday.
