Highlights: Finished fourth in the regional and fourth in the state meet. Averaged 201 in conference action with a high game of 279 and a high two-game series of 498.

School: Warren Fitzgerald

Highlights: The MAC Gold star averaged 219 in league action with a high game of 279 and two-game series of 503 and 505. Finished second in the state finals and first in the regional. A four-year performer, he won the MAC Gold singles title this year.

School: Bangor John Glenn Bay City

Highlights: The Division 2 state singles champion also captured a regional title. Dominated league action with an average of 226 with high games of 300, 298, 290 and 277. “Alex is a model team player, as he has put the betterment of the team over any personal goals,” said coach Craig Block.

Highlights: The MAC Red star averaged 216 in league play with a high game of 279 and a high series of 510. Finished sixth in the regional and seventh at the state meet.

School: Ishpeming

Highlights: Had the highest average in the Upper Peninsula at 184.44. Had a three-game high series of 655, qualified second in the U.P. singles state meet and finished in the top eight.

School: Tecumseh

Highlights: The Division 2 star finished second in the regionals and third at the state singles finals. High series was 548. First-team all-state as a freshman, sophomore, junior and senior, was a state champion as a sophomore and junior. Bowled two 300 games in her career and averaged 220 in the SEC. Eats, sleeps and drinks bowling.

LAUREN MCKOWEN

School: Tecumseh

Highlights: Averaged 217 in league play and had two-game high series of 534 during the year and a high game of 267. Won the Division 2 singles championship and was also the regional champion.

MELISSA SLEDA

MELISSA SLEDA

School: Sandusky

Highlights: A star for the Redskins, she averaged 193 in league and had a high series of 449 in conference action. Had a high game of 266 on her way to capturing the Division 4 regional and state titles. Also great in the classroom with a 3.97 GPA.

HANNAH CHASE

HANNAH CHASE

School: Alma

Highlights: Team MVP all four years, she participated in the Junior Gold tournament for the first time and won the event, which allowed her to advance to the nationals in Buffalo. State runner-up this year in singles after winning the regional. Averaged 199 in league action.

School: Vandercook Lake

Highlights: Averaged 200 in league play, finished first in the regional and second in the state Division 4 singles finals. Had a high game of 268 and high series of 482. She lost to Melissa Sleda of Sandusky in the championship, 384-317.

School: Vandercook Lake

Highlights: Averaged 210 in the Cascades Conference with a high game of 265 and a two-game series of 490. Finished fourth in the state singles finals and eighth in the regional.
