Boys athlete of the week: Jacob Heun, Sartell


* Year in school/sport: Junior forward on the boys hockey team.

* Highlights: Heun scored the game-winning goal, his first on the varsity, in a 4-3 overtime win over Princeton on Saturday.

* What has competing in athletics taught you? “No. 1, just being confident and keeping your cool under tough circumstances. Overall, just being confident.”

* What’s your most memorable high school moment? “I’d probably have to go with my first varsity goal being an overtime winner.”

* What’s your pre-game routine? “Normally, I go to the rink and listen to music and kind of get into a zone. I warm up with the team, listen to more music and then get out there.”

* What’s your most embarrassing high school moment? “Nothing is really coming to mind.”

* Favorite food: Chipotle burritos.

* Favorite movie: “Any of the Transformer movies.”

* Favorite TV show: Nitro Circus.

* Favorite Web site/video game: He plays NHL ’14 on XBox 360.

* What are your post-high-school plans? “I’m looking to go to the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities, but I’m not sure what I want to do yet.”

* What’s next? Sartell plays at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at Willmar.
