Kettle Moraine Lutheran 68, Laconia 52: The Spartans couldn’t keep up with the Chargers in Flyway Conference action, falling to the league favorites.

Kettle Moraine Lutheran jumped on top early, outscoring Laconia 21-13 in the first quarter, and never looked back. Ethan Bublitz led KML with 35 points on the night, while Jared Henning had 13.

Brett Wittchow paced Laconia with 22 points and four assists. Jack Propson and Linden Young both had seven points for the Spartans.

“We got beat by a better team tonight,” Laconia coach Tom King said. “We’ve got to take a look at ourselves and see what we can do to get better.”
